Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. To ensure every appointment is thoughtful, personalized, and aligned from the start, I have a specific process in place for all new clients.

Do all new clients need a consultation?

All new clients requesting custom color services are required to come in for an in-person consultation before scheduling a color appointment. This allows us to discuss your goals, assess your hair in person, and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.

Do I need to book a consultation if I’m booking a haircut?

No. If you’re booking a new client haircut, we can absolutely discuss future color goals during that appointment. There’s no need to schedule a separate color consultation.

Why is an in-person consultation required for color?

Custom color is highly personalized. An in-person consultation allows us to evaluate your hair history, discuss maintenance and investment, and determine what’s realistic and achievable for your hair.

What happens during a consultation?

We’ll talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, and long-term maintenance, assess your current hair, and create a plan that feels aligned and realistic. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your color appointment from there.

What if I’m not sure what to book?

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, please reach out prior to booking. I’m happy to guide you in the right direction.

Where are appointments held?

All services take place in person at Revival Salon.
